Hi, I'm Ravin

I'm Ravin Shalmashi, a 22-year-old Applied Computer Science student at Thomas More University in Belgium. Originally from Iran, I’m passionate about using artificial intelligence, data analysis, and software development to solve real-world problems and build meaningful digital solutions.

My main interests and abilities are in AI, data analysis, automation, and intelligent systems. I enjoy working with data to discover insights, improve decision-making, and create AI-driven solutions that make processes smarter, faster, and more efficient.

Alongside AI and data, I have a strong background in web development and full-stack programming. My technical foundation includes JavaScript, Java, Python, and PHP, as well as modern web technologies such as React.js, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js. I build responsive, user-friendly web applications and work with APIs, backend systems, and databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

I’m especially interested in applying AI and data-driven technologies in practical environments where they can improve workflows, support better decisions, and create measurable value. My international background has shaped me into an adaptable and open-minded problem solver who enjoys working with diverse teams. I’m always eager to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute to projects that combine technology, creativity, and real-world impact.
